We are looking for renters for our fully-furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Lower Rockridge. Ideal dates are mid-December to mid-July, with some flexibility on both sides.

The neighborhood is charming and the location is fantastic. Walkable to everything you want or need (coffee, ice cream, restaurants, supermarkets, farmer's market). An easy 2-mile commute to UC Berkeley by bike or bus (15 minutes). Convenient SF access via BART (10 minute walk) or hop on highway 24 (2 minute drive). I am a UC Berkeley professor on sabbatical.

The apartment is on the second floor of a duplex. The unit is south-facing and gets amazing light. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The larger room also has a desk, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and we have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Surround-sound TV, high-end cooking tools, computer monitor, you name it!

There is also ample storage space in the unfinished attic and garage.
