The 3rd bed is a pull down Murphy Bed style that was tastefully built out of Walnut wood (See pics) and its is a very comfy twin mattress, and it is situated in the laundry area which has french doors so once the doors are closed you have a 3rd bedroom which is great for the kids or a 3rd couple! The living room is very spacious and has a Grand fireplace. Step out the French doors to the Patio and again sit and enjoy the Panoramic views. Also in the living room comes with 55" Flat screen tv that is equipped with an excellent Home Theater Surround Sound System. Great for Movies, Music, Games, etc..Step into the kitchen and you will have a Professional Chef style kitchen. All custom built with high end appliances ( Again See Pictures) From the kitchen walk out the French Doors to enjoy The Front, Side, and Rear Patio areas and enjoy a BBQ, have dinner or breakfast, There is plenty of room outside for all to Enjoy! Behind the home you will find Lake Temescal below so take a walk down our private stairs to access the park trails, the park and The Beach area, go for a hike, walk, or run.
