There is a one bedroom in a 2-room apt that is available from 1-2 weeks.

I live in the "food zone" aka heart of Temescal. Wonderful neighborhood, 10 minute walk from macarthur bart. House is in an old 100+ year old house with two other apts. It is old and quirky and nothing about it quite makes sense yet it is a really sweet place to live and just feels good even though it isn't modern at all.

Perks: Location, free laundry, clawfoot tub, very bikeable, 10 minute walk to BART, easy street parking + we have a HUGE yard that is a bit of an urban farm. If you like gardening this is a great place for you....

Bedroom: I am offering a new tenant a bedroom with great light! We will also share Kitchen and Bathroom

Bathroom: Clawfoot tub!

Kitchen: Again, so quirky but it has a great gas stove, stocked with cooking essentials, bulk dry food, vitamix, instant pot, dehydrator, berkey water filter, countertop-dishwasher, etc.

ME: non-binary, queer, sober (but fine with some substances), white-identified, in my 40s but have friends between late 20s and 50s and love intergenerational relationships. I work from home mostly and keep relatively consistent hours sleeping mostly from 10pm-6am (ish). work in education, FYI. I need a lot of recharge/alone time even though I am outgoing and friendly and can be talkative. Looking for someone who also likes down time but is friendly and ok with us spending a lot of time in our own rooms without worry! Also welcome other remote workers!

Cat: I have a 12 year old cat that is ADORABLE and CUDDLY. Definitely looking for someone who would consider it a perk to have a lap cat and don't mind them being the queen of the home. Her name is (Queen) Cat Stevens. She knows no stranger and will love on you and will want to be in your room, in your space and tenants have cried about losing her when moving out.

Rent includes everything including bulk goods you are welcome to use for cooking.
