I am going out of town for about two weeks. Exact dates December 19-January 2nd. This is perfect for someone that needs a place to stay for Christmas and/or NYE, while visting family/friends or is wanting to move to Oakland/SF and needs a place to stay while they look for a permanent residence.

This is a large studio apartment that is fully furnished with a garden patio and roof access and is 5 minutes from Lake Merritt and the Grand Ave Farmer's Market. Close access to the highway (5-minutes) if you need to get to Berkeley, San Francisco, or other areas of the Bay Area you want to explore.

I do have a chocolate lab named Aldo that I plan to board with someone, however, should you be a dog lover and are willing to take care of him while I'm out of town I will reduce the sublet to $200 (50% off!).
