We have a partially furnished mother-in-law "basement" apartment for rent in North Oakland area. It has a separate entrance from back yard, kitchen, bathroom and large sunny bedroom (no separate living room). Unit is actually at ground level below main house and looks into our quiet back yard. All utilities included and gigabit fiber internet. Shared laundry included.
As part of rental we have a dog and a cat we need you to take care of while we are away:
- Nov 21-30 (Thanksgiving week)
- Dec 19-Jan 5 (Christmas/New Years)
We are looking for someone that will be here continuously during those few weeks, however if that doesn't work perfectly reach out and we can discuss.
Unit is partially furnished: sleeper sofa, table and TV+stand in bedroom. Kitchen has small table and basics like fridge, oven, microwave and toaster.
Location is close to everything: BART, Telegraph Ave, UC Berkeley, Temescal, and there is ample street parking for residents and guests.

No other pets.
Security deposit is $500. Listed rent is monthly rate (discounted from normal $1600 monthly rate by $600/week for the three weeks of pet care).
