The unit is located on a peaceful street where most neighbors are home owners. It is a short bike ride to UC Berkeley, Oakland Children Hospital, Berkeley/Oakland downtown and 20 min walk to either Rockridge / Ashby Bart stations to get to San Francisco or any where else in the Bay Area. There is no unit above or under. It is perfect for students, visitors, whoever needs a peaceful, private cozy space to call home for a while without going through a contract or long commitment.
I am an artist/designer so my place is a humble unit but yet artistic. It has a bright big kitchen + bedroom + sunny living room which you enter to from outside. A little hallway connects the bathroom and bedroom from the kitchen. It has wooden floor, old style cast-bathtub. It's furnished and equipped with basics you need so no additional stuff can fit but just personal belonging. The furniture settings can be rearranged based on your need! (as you see in the photos I have had different settings for the space through years which I posted from some years back!) and I am open.
It has internet connection. Laundry is in the back deck area and street parking is free.
Water and Garbage is paid. You will be responsible for PG&E and Internet bills during your stay.
No pets or smoking of any kind. The unit is suitable for just only ONE person.
