I am looking to sublet my beautiful house in the Redwood Heights neighborhood. The house has 3 bedrooms, out of them 2 will be available for the subletter. Sublet period is September 10th through October 8th.
This house is spacious and full of light. It has wood and tile floors, cozy rugs, beautiful wall art, full bath, full kitchen, scenic views from every window, and a nice backyard.
Stay close to all that the city has to offer, while enjoying a beautiful and safe environment, surrounded by trees. This is a peaceful, quiet and safe Oakland Hills neighborhood. It's close to stunningly beautiful hiking trails, great stores and restaurants, freeways and public transportation.
The fee is $80/day for the while period. I may ask for slightly higher rent for a partial stay. No cleaning fees are asked. This is less than a third of the price that a similar house would go for on Airbnb.
No smoking, no parties, no drugs please.
