I'm moving out of my apartment at The Atlas in Oakland and looking for someone to take over my lease. Honestly, I've loved living here and am sad to leave - it's been such a great spot.
Here's the deal: You can move in starting September 1st, the lease runs through December 27th, and then it goes month-to-month after that. So super flexible if you're not ready to commit to a full year somewhere!
It's a 1-bedroom on the 31st floor with insane views - I'm talking Bay views, city skyline, the works. The bedroom has ocean views that I'll definitely miss waking up to. Rent is around $2900/month including building fees. I commute 4 times a week to SF, it's only 20 minutes by BART!
The building itself is pretty sweet:
- Rooftop lounge, gym, and movie room
- Pool and hot tub (perfect for sunset hangs)
- In-unit washer/dryer (game changer)
- 24/7 concierge who are all super friendly
- CoCo Noir wine bar literally right downstairs
Location-wise, you're walking distance to BART (I commute 4 times a week to SF, it's 20 minutes and 2 stops to Embarcadero St.), Whole Foods, and all the good Uptown spots. Pet-friendly too if that matters to you.
