Beautiful loft for rent from April 15 to middle of October possibly longer if you’re interested in a longer lease.
Not a roommate situation. Loft will only be used by you, the tenant.
815 sq feet, fully furnished, includes all utilities, complete kitchen, towels and bedding. Just bring your personal items. I’m living in the loft and use it as a photo studio as well. So it would be ideal for a photographer or anyone creative. I will be abroad.
Since it’s my personal space I’m not posting photos but if you are interested you are welcome to stop by and see the loft.
Move-in cost:
Security deposit $2,000
First month rent: $2,550
Last month rent: $2,550
Proof of Income will be requested
