I have a wonderful 750-square-foot 1-bedroom apartment in a great North Oakland location. It is bike, walking, and public transportation-friendly. The living room has been used as a second bedroom for traveling nurses in the past. It would also be a great spot for a couple. It is fully furnished, and I will pay for utilities.
The landlords live on the other side of the duplex, and they are lovely. There is a shared and well-maintained backyard space.
I am looking for someone to live here for 2-3 months over the summer (late May-early/mid August-- I am a bit flexible). I am a middle school science teacher and would like to travel for the summer.
