Hello! I’m looking for 1-2 female-identifying roommates to rent out a bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment
- If double: $900 per person per month including all utilities
- If single: $1500/month including all utilities
- Down deposit of 1 month’s rent
(current furniture inside available to you would be 1 bunk bed with 2 mattresses, 1 chair, and 1 desk)

- Available anytime between May 18th-August 14th

About the unit:- Entire unit is 2BR/1BA
- Other bedroom will be occupied just by me
- Laundry located on same floor
- Located on Telegraph Ave in Southside! 10-15 minute walk away from Sather Gate and Whole Foods and a block away from the 6 bus stop
