Perfect for one person, a couple, or two friends. The whole space is yours, two bedroom in law. If you’re solo, your share is just $1,050/month including utilities! Utilities cover electric, gas, water, and trash. Internet can be arranged for $45/month for fast fiber service.
Location perks: Amazing! Two blocks from Berkeley Bowl and Ashby BART train, close to UC Berkeley, easy SF commute. Safe, walkable, bus-friendly, bike-friendly, with parks, library, cafes, and shops nearby. Plenty of street parking.
Length of stay: Two month minimum (Oct and Nov) then its month-to-month. Exact move-in-date is flexible but priority given to Oct 1st move-in-date.
