Sub letters can use our furniture/items freely, but we are seeking responsible people who will take care not to damage the items needlessly. Pictures will have a lot of our items in them because we are still living here, but the following descriptions will describe what will be left for use:
-The smaller bedroom will have a double bed, a desk with chair, a dresser, a closet with extra shelving, and a lamp. The room can also come with the rug.
-The larger room will come with a desk with chair, queen sized bed, build in closet, a dresser, and a bed side table. The rug will not be included.
-The kitchen has a table with 4 chairs. We plan on leaving lots of kitchen items (appliances, cutlery, some plates/bowls).
-The living room will have a couch (pulls out for an extra bed), a coffee table, an arm chair, a foot rest, a rug, and a side table.
The laundry is in the lower floor and is free. It is shared between residents in the other units.
No parking is available but street parking is $65/year and you can get a permit with the city fairly easily.
Several bus stops are within a 3 minute walk, including: 27, 22, 52B, and 36. Those bus lines can also take you to three BART lines nearby (downtown Berkeley, Ashby, and Rockridge)
The walk to the Southside of campus is about 10 minutes. Two gyms are nearby, including RSF (15 minute walk) and the memorial stadium fitness center (8 minute walk).
Sublease applications will be required, and if approved, the sub letters will pay through me and my roommate (original leasers).
