It is a one bedroom, one bathroom, with full kitchen, living room, dining area and is available for longer-term (1-3 years) sublet, with all amenities close by. Security deposit & first month’s rent required but no fees or application. Let us know what you require, for how long and when you would like to move in. Sorry but no pets, vapers, drugs or smokers..
