Looking for 1 or 2 students to take over our lease for a double bedroom (2 beds) in a 2-bedroom/2-bath unit at Hub Bancroft (Bancroft and Bowditch, Southside) for the Spring Semester.
The apartment is over 900 sq ft, modern (built 2 years ago), and fully furnished. It’s located literally across the street from UC Berkeley campus (right above Insomnia Cookies).
Details:
Room: Double beds, set up with partition + curtain for privacy (see pics)
Rent: PRICE DROP - $1050/month per bed if TWO people sharing the room, or if desired to keep the room private for ONE person only, $1800/month per room ($2000 off current Hub Bancroft rate per room)
Dates: January 2026 - July 2026 (flexible within this timeframe)
Housemates: 2 other chill students in the other bedroom
