The place is ideal for a responsible dog person, i.e., a person who owns/stewards dog(s) that are house broken and well behaved.
My tenants (in the other two units on the property) are committed to maintaining a drama free people zone where peace, quiet, good will, honesty and respect are the norm.
The property is 2 blocks from a park and creek, close to the freeway/North Berkeley Bart/shopping, 15-20 minutes to San Francisco, safe/nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors. It is not wheelchair accessible.
