We have a big balcony (comes with outdoor couch and chairs) and 180 degree view of the bay (see video/photos) - one of the best views in Berkeley! The sunsets are unmatched up here.
There is a dresser, wardrobe, full size bed, desk chair, and desk in my room. FYI - the desk is not currently in my room as I took it out to the living room a month ago, but there is space for it next to the bed and I worked at it comfortably for an entire semester.
Outside of my room, there is a living room with an L-couch, flatscreen TV, and full kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in unit. The apartment was just built a year ago so the amenities and decor is practically brand new and modern.
