We are a few blocks from Ashby BART, walking distance to the library, Berkeley Bowl supermarket, drug store, bus lines, restaurants, and playgrounds. This would be a great opportunity for housing during renovations, visiting scholars, house hunters, visiting family members, traveling nurses or anyone who needs a place to stay for six weeks.
The rent is $700 per week or $2500 per month including utilities with a one week minimum. Prefer one renter for the full time, but open to other arrangements.
