We're looking for a group of people subletting our sweet, lovely house in Berkeley for June, July and August. The house is a single-family home close to fourth street. We're ideally looking for a group of three to take the house furnished for the summer -- or better yet find folks who want to take over the lease for the coming year.

The house is a single-family home with three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is all hardwood floors, with a big airy living room and dining area, a kitchen with a ton of storage and a gas stove, and a washer-dryer unit. Each room has multiple windows and a large closet.

Fenced yard wraps around the house with a large, gated storage area around the back for bikes and outdoor gear. There's also a shed that can be locked for additional outdoor storage.

Tons of street parking, located with walking distance to Whole Foods, Fourth Street, Gilman Brewing and Trumer, Armizendi Bakery, Cesar Chavez Park, and Albany Bulb.
