One large open room with separate bath (shower/no tub) and kitchen (plenty of storage, full size fridge, updated cabinets and countertop, filtered drinking water at the sink, gas cooktop, combination convection/microwave oven overhead). Furnishings include queen bed, all linens and towels, small sofa (added after photos were taken), desk and chair, dining table and seating, dressers and ample shelving throughout.
Water, sewer, trash service, high-speed internet, gas & electricity are included. Laundry onsite in the main house. Street parking is easy with an annual City of Berkeley permit or onsite parking offered at $20/week.
Perfect as a cozy pied-à-terre in town, or for accommodating out of town guests, a temporary perch during renovations, professional on assignment, grad student or visiting professor. Book lovers, creatives and garden enthusiasts welcome. Sorry no pets or smokers. Owner lives on site in main house.
