About the house:

-mostly QTBIPOC co-op with intentional living values like the occasional shared dinner, hanging out together, and shared chores (no pressure for subletters to join in; you're welcome to participate in communal stuff if you'd like, but totally fine to keep to yourself too as long as you're tidy!)
-2 cats live here
-Covid policy: we try our best to mask in crowded indoor settings + test & quarantine if symptomatic!
-Ashby BART is roughly a 5 min bike ride/15 min walk away (0.9 miles, flat terrain!)
-2 min walk to several bus lines connecting to BART

-Beautiful big yard and deck! Fruit trees & blueberry bushes!
-We have 2 sweet cats, one tends to stay in their room, the other likes to wander. Might be open to another pet
