Size of the larger room for $1086 is 14 x 8.5 ft. Has a closet and storage space above. This room also comes with space in a storage shed in the back of the property for miscellaneous items you may need to store. We don't mind if you work from home. Cats negotiable for this room. Coin-op washer & dryer on site.
Size of the smaller room for $850 is 10 x 7.5 ft and fits a full size bed and desk/dresser. Has a small closet as well. This room gets the most and best light in the whole house! We are looking to find someone for this room who would only be home part-time, or someone who's not home all the time. Perfect for a person who either works out of the house and has a busy social life, or someone who needs a part-time room in the East Bay. Coin-op washer & dryer on site.
