I have several Sharkskin Chillproof wetsuit tops available for sale. These are made of a 2.5/3mm neoprene alternative that is light, flexible, and comfortable with a fleece lining. These work great for all watersports. The retail price on these is $150-190 but you can find them online from ~$80 and up. I'm happy to provide a discount if you buy more than one.

The Chillproof material used the Climate Control range is an aquatic specific, windchill proof, 3-layer composite material with the thermal properties of a 2.5 to 3mm neoprene wetsuit
The comfortable ‘hollow fibre fleece’ layer is next to the skin and ‘wicks’ moisture and sweat away from the body to help keep you dry.
The second middle ‘technical’ layer is 100% windproof yet breathes to regulate body temperature while stopping windchill.
Sharkskin Chillproof is neutrally buoyant, anti-microbial, odour and itch resistant.
This top is made from Chillproof material with an inbuilt reflective function. It provides the ultimate versatility by being able to zip up for 100% warmth and protection, or zip down when the sun comes out or your work rate goes up. It also has a high collar to keep your neck warm.
