No longer under warranty but it is a newly refurbished unit as I had a repair done on my last machine, the repair person did something wrong, and so Tonal immediately arranged to ship me this newly refurbished replacement. Only thing I'd say that isn't perfect is there's a drop of give in the arms, but it doesn't effect the quality of the workouts. It's my favorite exercise machine I've ever had and once I'm settled in my new place I'll likely purchase a new Gen 2 machine.
Comes with handles, tricep grips, barbell, bench, exercise mat, and a set of pilates ropes (over $100 new) I haven't even used yet.
