SWEAT Strength + Cycling is a boutique group fitness and private training studio in the heart of the Albany Shopping District -- just across the street from Safeway! Our mission to make our community happier, healthier, and leaner -- through fun, high-energy, circuit training workouts.
The SWEAT program is more than just a circuit-training workout -- it's a community. Each High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is designed to be adaptive and results driven -- regardless of gender, fitness level or experience. Because the circuit allows clients to work against their individual fitness baseline -- it provides everyone a challenging and effective experience. Class dynamics also help foster a camaraderie that encourages each participant to set and reach individual fitness goals.
These workouts are not magic -- but they are specific sequences of exercises that are rooted in science, and designed to work your body so that recovery requires more energy (calories), thus increasing your metabolism and caloric burn.
The net effect is better results in less time.
We are looking for high-energy, positive, fun trainers with at least one year of group experience and a current nationally recognized certification. We are looking for morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Ideally you would train 2-3 blocks of 3-4 classes. There is potential for growth to full time.
