We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative.
The Inside Sales Representative is the front line for securing and accurately processing customer orders while also supporting the Outside Sales Account Managers.
Melrose is a custom manufacturer of user interface and industrial identification products. We were founded more than 80 years ago.
Inside Sales Representative position basics include:
Frequent communication with customers via phone calls, emails. and occasionally in person.
Ability to learn and understand order entry in the Melrose computer systems.
Able to understand customer drawings.
Helping customers to find solutions.
Able to respectfully handle customer complaints.

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, majors in business, science, technology, engineering or math preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer care positions in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong quantitative skills. Ability to solve basic math calculations and problems.
• Fluent English speaker.
Compensation;
$20-35/hour depending on qualifications and experience.
