We are a Northern California-based retail and wholesale
supplier of redwood fencing, lumber, and fencing hardware. With four yard
locations across the region, we serve contractors, fencing companies,
landscapers, and dealers who demand quality material and a supplier they
can count on.
We're growing — and we need a road warrior who knows how to open doors
and close deals.
The Opportunity:
This is a high-activity outside sales role covering four of our key Northern
California markets. You'll be in the field every day — prospecting
contractors, building relationships with fencing companies, and growing
account revenue across your territory. The pipeline is real. The upside is
real. We need someone who can execute.
What You will do:
Prospect and develop new contractor, dealer, and trade accounts
across your territory

Manage and grow existing accounts through regular field visits and
relationship-building
▸
Present product lines, pricing, and availability to purchasing decisionmakers
▸
Coordinate with yard managers at each location to ensure smooth
order fulfillment
▸
▸ Provide accurate quotes and follow through on commitments
Track activity, pipeline, and sales performance — and report to
ownership
▸
Attend trade events and stay current on market pricing and competitor
activity
What We Are Looking For:
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience — building materials, lumber,
fencing, or construction supply strongly preferred
▸
Established relationships in the contractor or trades community in any
of these markets is a major plus
▸
Self-starter who manages their own schedule and holds themselves
accountable to results
▸
Strong communicator — comfortable in a lumberyard and in front of a
purchasing manager
▸
Valid California driver's license, and ability to cover
multi-county territory- use of company vehicle.
