* Mechanical services: 1.Troubleshoot furnace (heater furnace) or condenser (AC)
2. install new thermostat with wires
* Plumbing services: 1. repair plumbing pipe for water lines or drain lines.
2. install water heaters or tankless heater
3. installing gas line for appliances
* Electrical services: 1. Upgrade electrical panel from 100 amp to 200 amp panel with permit
2. Trouble shoot electrical wires, light and power supply
