I am a senior man living on my Social Security retirement payments and need an affordable living situation by March 1st. I am clean and quiet, very easy to get along with and don't drink or smoke. I have no pets but I have no problem with being around them. Because of my fixed income I can afford up to $700 dollars a month for rent. I also need to be close to public transit.
