Hello, I am a middle aged male, non-smoker, not even weed, employed with proof of income, solid rental references, very clean and quiet and alone. I will buy a condo next year. I am looking for a room with an easy commute to my job around Hegenberger and Edgewater Drive. I am currently in an Air BNB for an entire month and although it is a nice place, I want to see if there is anything better. So, I could commit to a six month lease. Here is what I am looking for although I could settle for less depending on the price and location.

Location/Private Bathroom/Private Entrance/Driveway Parking Spot/Fully Furnished/Wifi/Flat Screen TV/Refrigerator and Microwave In-Room or Kitchen Privileges/Washer and Dryer Privileges/Clothes Closet/Pur Water Filter for Drinking Water

My Air BNB rental is up October 2nd so I would like to establish place to go in advance.
