Hi, I am a mid-30's F looking to share a house with one to two other people. I'd like to live in or near the hills in Berkeley, Albany, or El Cerrito (let's be close enough to Tilden park for a.m. walks/runs!), which typically host 2+ bedroom family houses as opposed to apartments. If this is something you are also looking for, please get in touch and we can talk about current listings and preferences. Given one-bedroom apartments are $2500+, I would be comfortable spending up to that amount.
I am fairly flexible on whether you prefer to have a social/intentional set-up wth housemates, or each do our own thing and respect common spaces. I work in research administration at Cal, and am kept fairly busy with work and outdoor activities. I don't smoke and would prefer you didn't either.
