Working Female looking for a shared room. I’m an older woman in search of a room in a nice neighborhood. I’m semi private but not unapproachable and 😊very friendly! Love watching old black and white movie classics, variety of music and love to dance, walks on beaches , plays and traveling when I’m able. I have no pets no drugs no drama or alcohol issues. I’m a very clean person. I Presently live in a rented room and I wish to relocate because the house dynamics have changed since my move in. Locations preferred would be San Pablo, Richmond, Pinole, Hercules, Albany only. Rent comfortably affordable would be $800-900 per month utilities included in rent or shared. Preferably furnished as I lost all my belongings in a storage fire. a tv with wi-fi would be great. Looking to move by July 3rd 2026.
