I am looking for a room to rent in the East Bay Area. I need to be out of my current situation by March 3rd as the owner has decided to remodel and possibly sell the house. I am a retired man living on my Social Security retirement. I can afford up to $800 a month. Less would be better obviously. In the beginning of the month when I get paid the first thing I do is pay my rent. I am clean, quiet and very respectful of others. I don't drink or smoke, I have no pets although I love animals, and I tend to keep to myself. Whether or not we socialize is up to you. I enjoy talking and am a good listener. I like cooking but do it minimally. I spend a lot of time online, reading, watching movies and listening to music. In the evening I always use headphones so I don't bother anyone. My favorite thing to do is go to see live music. I am saddened by the fact that Bob Weir passed a few days ago.
