Hello my name is Mark. I am looking for a roommate to get a place with. My situation is this, I am newly divorced and need to find a nice place close to my kids. I have found a few places but one is a 4br 3.5 bath townhouse for 4k a month. It seems like for 2k you can’t really find anything nice. I am a 45 yo guy who is in refrigeration and hvac. make good money and work normal hours. I have 2 kids that I would love to have stay over once in a while that is why a 4 br place would be awesome.
