Looking for Future Roommate (richmond / point / annex)

I'm looking to move and would like to split rent and utilities with someone kind of like myself. I work Mon-Fri and after work I enjoy my peace and quiet. I'm social at my discretion, kind of an introvert but not really. At this age (38) I'm just super chill and don't have time for bs, simply put.
I'm new to the area so I don't even have any friends or anything here. Meaning I will not have anyone over. I don't have pets, kids, or carry any kind of drama. I understand a lot of people have a lot going on in life, but if your life isn't pretty stable, this isn't for you. If your into night life, hella social and need friends over, this isn't for you.
I'm clean and I cook a little, sometimes meal prep, but I'm lazy too, just like anybody else.
I want to rent an apartment near bart because I do commute to work. Maybe you do as well? Richmond/el cerrito area is preferred but open to oakland/Emeryville/Berkeley if it's worth it.
I like cheap but I'm open. Honestly I'd like to spend about 900-1000/month on rent alone, but again I'm open if the place is worth it.
Im financially responsible, credit, background check, etc not an issue for me at all. You must be too.
I'm not looking for anything other than a roommate. I just want to live somewhere decent without paying $2k+ by myself. That's just ridiculous.
I'm mexican BTW, and I speak Spanish. So yea, se hable Español.
