Hi!
My name is Steve. I'm 57 years old. I get along well with pretty much everyone.
I'm spiritual and loving and caring. I respect others beliefs and practices. I keep things clean and neat.
I wrote a book and published it in 2017. I'm working on my second screenplay.. My first one won some prizes but this time I'm working on a movie---with a producer from Netflix, but it's not as big a deal as it sounds. LOL he's a friend of a friend. He's produced 12 film films with Netflix and he's helping me with character development.
I help coach some people. Right now I'm working with a homeless guy in San Francisco with his family and another young man in Petaluma who just got out of a program. I also help people who are looking for programs. I enjoy the spirituality and the community and I am in fact, working with the owner of a couple of detoxes in Marin, and we're thinking of opening a detox in the East Bay, focusing on holistic healing, like acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. Really cool stuff.
I travel for work occasionally. I
I really like to fish, I like to play the guitar a little bit. I like to hang out if people like to hang out and I also like to hang out by myself and have my privacy.
Financially, I get a little bit of money from a workers comp settlement, and I do the coaching, and I pay my rent from my investments--not large but sufficient. I also travel to see my family. My brother is in Los Angeles and I visit my stepfather in Sonoma.
I have excellent references. My current landlady lost the ability to sublet. Ideally I’m looking for a home—not just a place to live.
If you have any questions, please ask!
I'm looking for something ideally in Alameda or Emeryville. Possibly Berkeley. Something very inexpensive. One room not an apartment. Somewhere around $1,000 all in or less.
