Hi, I'm Renee.I am a 42 year old woman looking to move (possibly by 5/01). Although I am unemployed, I have monthly income.I am currently renting a room with a private bathroom and laundry access for $700 a month,a similar arrangement is preferred.I don't mind helping around the house or with pets.I use 420 and I drink recreationally.I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A FWB OR LIVE IN GIRLFRIEND ARRANGEMENT.I don't have a car,so being within walking distance to public transportation is a must.If you might want to rent to me, please reply with a description/pictures of the space you are renting and how to move in/rent monthly.
