**IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A RELIABLE TENANT, DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST**
If you’re an empty nester with extra space, I could be the caring tenant who keeps your home feeling loved while you’re off on your new life adventures.
You might want me in your home if:
--You want a clean and respectable person to be on your property.
--You would want someone around who is steady, friendly and caring.
--You like your rent to be paid on time, every time.
--You would like a long term renter that you are happy with and relieved to have found one.
If this all looks good and you have questions, contact me and we can get those answered.
I have references!
$1,050 is my limit-. Miracles happen so if you have one, let me know. I will be grateful!
