I'm 75 have lived in Alameda for over 12 years on a Boat next to Dragon Rouge Restaurant and would like to move back on
land as I get older. I'm clean, quiet, non smoker, non drinker and no drug use, and no pets.
I really want to stay on the Island where I feel safe and know a lot of folks. I'm also a retired decorator and Handyman, many people have used my services on the Island and Bay Farm I would be willing to offer my services in exchange for a cut in the rent. If there is anyone that knows of such a situation available I would appreciate it very much.
