Good day and hello...

Housing is needed now. My budget is $850-$900/month for rent. And IF utilities are included that would be great. I am open to signing a 6+ month lease.

I would like a place to call home and not just rent a room. Having spent time working and volunteering on farms and ranches over the years, I am experienced residing in collective households. I'd also like to be a part of a household that embraces fitness for life and clean eating. I am middle aged, but I can still run circles around folks much younger than me on a good day. I’d also like to be a part of a household that embraces fitness for life and clean eating.

I am open to living with pets as long as they are well-behaved and well-trained. I have owned cats, and dogs, and work with herding and guardian dogs every opportunity I get.

I have a lot of experience growing food, because food insecurity is real and going to get worse. I have a lot of seeds to share, too. I am also open to sharing my deep experience growing food for a rent reduction if this is a consideration. Yes, I would need about 6' x 10' (or 3' x 10' x 2 or some permutation thereof) space to continue growing these plants (lemon grass; peach, cherry, citrus trees, Zucchetta Squash, lettuces, garlic, strawberries, tumeric, herbs)in my 'mobile' garden.

Please include the following information about your offering in your reply:

• Amount of rent
• Rental terms
• Photos of the rental (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, outside)
• Number of bathrooms
• Size of the room
• Number of people residing at this location
• Culture of the household/lifestyle
• Utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage, wifi)
• Is laundry onsite?

My work as a traveling Engineer had me in and out of California for the past several years. I now 100% telecommute for my work and ongoing research. I am early to bed (8/9 p.m.) and early to rise (5/6 a.m.), so hopefully this will bode well with the culture of your household. Ja, I am middle aged and occasionally dive into my right brain, so I am preferably seeking folks to reside with who are open-minded, evolved, and equipped with life experience.

I'd like to think my mom did a good job. I do my best to respect others' spaces, and lifestyles. Yes, I know how to clean-up/pick-up after myself. I am conscientious; respectful; tidy; open to thoughtful bi-directional communication; and sensitive to the needs and wants of others, and would trust I would be afforded the same courtesy. I tend to keep to myself because of my work. No drugs. No alcohol. No smoking.

If you consider home to be a sanctuary, and consider yourself to be an egalitarian, fair, and reasonable person, are good at clear, honest communication, embrace lo-no drama, and have a private bedroom for a single, professional person who prefers to bicycle to get around, please contact me.

VERY IMPORTANT: Can two bicycles be accommodated inside 'out of sight, out of mind' the house or a secured area? Although I own a car, I try to bicycle as much as possible for my main means of transport, which means I need to be close to bicycle friendly roads and infrastructure.

Providing stellar rental references is not a problem.

Kim
