Hello, I'm a 59 year old male looking for a room to rent in the Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Walnut Creek area. I don't smoke or do drugs, drink once a month or so. I had both of my knees replaced so I get a stable disability every month and I also try and find small jobs I can do without strain on my knees. Politically I lean right, I like animals, single, straight, excellent credit, no pets but some aquarium fish, working out at the gym, minding my own business, polite, have morals, outgoing but at the same time keep to myself and quiet at night, clean cut. I really don't do much but look for small jobs, watch TV or on the internet and go to the gym. I can also be help if anything needs work to be done in the house as I am also a licensed general building contractor.

I'm looking for a safe, sane, place, no weirdos, crazy leftists or raging alcoholics. I have a truck with tools in it so I'd need to park it where it can be safe. Not looking for anything fancy at all, just a safe and sane place where one can be happy and positive in life. Lost everything back in 2008, then went through a series of family deaths, then went through the pandemic and knee replacements and now trying to build everything back up again. Currently living in Concord. My pic is from about 15 years ago but that's basically what I look like.

Looking for affordable rent as I'm paying $700 now. If anyone has a place please reply through Craigslist and I'll get the message on my email. When replying, please leave information such as where the property is located, how much is rent, utilities and deposit, who lives there and what are they like, what it's like living there, is it safe?, a phone number to reach you at, and any other details about living there.
