Axiom Security Services, Inc. has an exciting new opportunity for armed security officers in Vallejo. This position is for a homeowner’s association. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the residents. Patrolling the community to contribute to the safety of residents and helping to ensure the rules and regulations are evenly enforced.

We also provide all necessary equipment and firearm, or provide an hourly equipment pay incentive. Either way, you win!

FREE bi-annual firearms permit requalification with our in-house instructor. No more paying $50 every 6-months to qualify!
We will pay for your BSIS firearms permit renewal for all employees after two-years of service.

Valid California BSIS Firearms permit and Guard Card. MUST BE CURRENT AND VALID!
Eligibility to work in the United States and the required supporting documentation.
Experience as a security officer, military, law enforcement, or customer service (yes, seriously! Security is a lot of customer service)
Ability to use a smart phone for report writing
Ability to work with diverse security staff and residents
A strong desire to make a real difference in the lives of the residents
Able to use outside-of-the-box-thinking to resolve issues before resorting to use-of-force.
Desire to have a long-term jobsite that you take ownership over and care about the long-term success of the property.
Starting pay $18 (including equipment incentive) for probationary period.
