LINCCORP is a California-licensed private security company seeking a motivated Business Development & Security Contracts Representative to help grow our client base.
This is an opportunity for a driven professional who can build relationships, generate leads, meet with decision-makers, and secure long-term security service contracts.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified business leads.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Present LINCCORP security services.
Prepare and present proposals.
Negotiate and close security service contracts.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Assist with contract renewals and account management.
Target Markets
Property Management Companies
Construction Companies
Commercial Real Estate
Healthcare Facilities
Retail Centers
Warehouses & Industrial Facilities
Residential & HOA Communities
Government Agencies
Event Security
Qualifications
B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
Security industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Able to work independently.
Compensation
Earn up to 50% of the first month's gross profit on contracts you secure.
Earn 10% recurring commission for up to 12 months on active contracts you continue to manage.
No cap on earnings.
Unlimited income potential based on performance.
