Hi there looking for an in law, ADU (back of a home with separate entrance please) or studio to rent just for the month of November.
It would be me and my son he's in middle school. Prefer Castro Valley, Hayward or San Leandro.
I do not smoke, no pets, good credit, I have money available and ready to pay. A place with own bathroom shower, AC, Wi-Fi because I do online work. It would be nice but not needed a place with washer dryer, stove, and microwave. Hoping to be matched with possibly a family who has kids also or okay with kids.
