Mechanically is sound RV. New transmission seal. My wife and I lived in it for a year after we sold our house. No pets and no smoking. RV is in a storage near Brentwood. Cons: - Both A/C units don't work(They didn't work when I bought it in 2021) It could be something big or small, but I never had it diagnosed. I put a residential A/C unit in the dinette window during the summer. -Electric stair arm is broken ( Purchased and haven't installed it yet) -Black tank valve seal is worn. ( Very stiff when closing door after dumping Is currently on non-op. Feel free to ask any questions.
