Big bumper pull travel trailer 37.5ft bunkhouse rv that can be an extra living area for your guests on your property. Has 2 rooms. Master bed has 2 closets. Upper storage. Storage under bed with a cutout to go into the pass through storage that allows for a furry family member to use a restroom without disturbing the rest of the home. TV on a adjustable mount and best of all its own air conditioner.
Bathroom has an upgraded rv porcelain toilet! And a full quarter circle Double door shower. Also upgraded to take long hot showers is a tankless water heater! Dont have to worry about a 2.5 minute hot shower.
This is a 3 slide rv with the two main ones in the living area. This is also where the main ac is located that cools the whole rv. This rig also has central heat that uses propane. Make the living/kitchen area your own. There is a few cosmetic things that could be done but it no cause to not live in now! There is a costco leather full futon couch that has outlets on it. Add your own dining table on the same slide the couch resides on. In the living area there is a stereo that has bluetooth/cd/amfm that can play in both inside and out our separately. Also is the living room tv that can detach and attach on the outside wall for entertainment.
The kitchen is on a slide. It has plenty of counter space, a microwave, refrigerator and a small 3 burner stove top with a small oven below. Plenty of pantry space that we had painted but you can change to your liking. In the center is a full deep stainless steel sink with water filteration below.
Lastly is the back of the rv which hosts at least 3 kids. This room has a slide which floor level can have a bed. Above is a fold down that can hold a bed. On the other side of the slide out is a bed that is above bookshelf/tv location with a stow away ladder. We put a curtain wire to make this space a personal space when there are others in the room.
Outside is a huge awning, outdoor shower, and and outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, sink, extra storage and a pullout bbq that connects to the propane line.
It comes with the tow hitch and the sway bars too. There are leveling blocks hoses for fresh water and sewer hose.
A few items that need to be pointed out. Its sitting in a storage field with other rvs where there are a few cows so they have pushed in the side skirts that are not necessary but they can be pushed out back to shape. 2 batteries need replacing. It has an electric nose jack but the switch is not working, may just need to replace switch but you can hand crank it. Some weather stripping on two of the slides needs replacing if you want to close the slides and not have any water get in. The slides are currently open to prevent any water getting in. (I have some of these items to replace but we never had a truck to move it and we dont live in an area where we can have it near us to do it so i can give the items if need be.)
This is a non negotiable price. It is still being paid for. We are the first owners and took good care of it while we lived in it. Price is firm $20,000.
