This trailer can be parked in a home backyard, on private land, or in a mobile home or RV park. It is registered as an RV through the DMV but functions as a mobile home type of trailer.

- **Size:** 12 feet wide with slide-outs extended; 8 feet wide on the road with slide-outs retracted for transportation.
- **Bedrooms/Bathrooms:** 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.
- **Transportability:** The trailer is on wheels and can be easily transported with any truck that is at least a 250 or 2500 series. It uses a bumper-pull style hitch, and the tires are in great shape.
