I am a professor of Nursing and have a large unfurnished room, hardwood floors and plenty of natural light in lovely, peaceful, Spanish style home in the Laurel district. Washer, Dryer and dance/yoga studio in house. Remodeled kitchen. The house is near Peets coffee, La Farine bakery and Farmer Joes on Fruitvale. We are 10 or less minutes to SMU, Holy Names and Mills College, about 20 minutes to UCB. I am looking for a nursing, grad student or professional, clean, responsible person, into organic foods, exercise, meditation or equivalent. I prefer females only, that are fully vaccinated and practice safe covid precautions.
Must love dogs and be willing to feed dog occasionally and possibly dog sit when I travel, rent credit will be given. Must have excellent references! P.G. &E. WiFi, garbage, water, internet and household cleaning items and some paper products are included in rent. $1050 cleaning deposit.
I teach nursing for Samuel Merritt and Dominican Universities 1-3 evenings a week. I have one dog who is husky and border collie.
I have music playing very often in the house, as I am an avid dancer and have a dance studio in the house. I have had the same housekeeper for 19 years and she comes at least every other week.
