• One full bathroom
• A cozy sitting area/living room
You’ll also have:
• Half of the garage (fits one vehicle)
• Access to the downstairs living room and kitchen (mostly yours to use)
• Backyard and small greenhouse
Rent is $1,200/month and includes all utilities. Deposit and pet policy will be discussed during our meeting. Proof of income required; references appreciated. Photos available by email upon request.
