I have one room that needs to be rented out. The room is about 11"x10". We are located right near bus stops and 1/4 mile from several market. We have a community pool open 5 mounts of the year. We have a private front and back yard to hang out in. We have a private hot tub, fire pit, and barbecue available for your use in the backyard. We are located in the Union City Townhouse Association at the corner of Union City blvd and Alvarado blvd. Newly remodeled with double pain windows, granite countertops, Etc.
We are a group of young professionals. I would love to find a stable roommates to rent the room for the next year or more. I would love to make the new tenants my friend but if you are a privet person and want your privacy that is ok too. Right now in our group we have both genders living here. We try to make this a warm, friendly and comfortable place to live. You will have access to share the full house every day. Full laundry, kitchen yard and everything privileges. You have heavy cooking privileges. Overnight guests are welcome. Alcohol use is ok but keep it within limits please. Smokers are welcome if u keep it outside. Please consider this is your new home, but you are only responsible for renting your room. The room will be available 11/1/25, possibly earlier. PG&E is usually less than $60 a month per person extra. Extra utilities are available for purchase if desired like WIFI internet and TV. We are LGBT friendly here. Well that is about it.
